Basics:

  • • March 9 - May 31

• Registration Costs:

  • • Middle School: $300

    • HS Open, JV Team: $400

    • HS Open, Varsity Team: $500

    • HS Girls Team: $400 > $0.00 due to a generous donor who wants to support the new girls team!

• Try March for Free: 

  • • Payment delayed until April 1st.  Cancel anytime before then.  

• Financial Assistance: 

  • • Available to anyone who needs it. Apply here.

Pre-Registration

• USA Ultimate

  • • All players must have an active USA Ultimate membership which provides our team insurance.  There are 2 choices:

      • • $20/Yr. = Affiliate Recreational Player (via DEVYL) - for those on a budget.

        • $45/Yr. = Full Youth Membership - for those who can support USA Ultimate. 

    • Join or renew at USA Ultimate

    • If needed, USA Ultimate will provide a free membership. Apply here.  

• Medical Authorization

  • • During the registration process you'll need to upload a signed copy of the USA Ultimate Medical Authorization form. 

    • The form can be downloaded here. 

    • The “Name of Chaperone” should be “Montclair Ultimate”.

  • • All Participants are required to have Emergency Contacts - including phone numbers!  

    • After registration download the TeamSnap ONE phone app to have access to the team roster, schedules, player availability and team communication. 

Post-Registration

• Team Jersey Kits

  • • You can purchase your team jersey kit here.  

• Minor Participants

  • • If you would like your minor Participant to have a TeamSnap account you can add them to the player profile as an additional contact.  

• Emergency Contacts

  • • Emergency contacts are required. 

    • You can add an emergency contact to the player profile as an additional contact.  

    • Emergency contacts must subsequently add their phone numbers to their account. 

• Player Availability

  • • All practices, games, tournaments and other events are listed and managed on TeamSnap. 

    • Players must post their availability for each event so we can plan appropriately. 

• Team Calendar

  • • You can subscribe to the TeamSnap calendar to have the most up-to-date details at all times. 

• Key Details

  • • To see everything you need to know about the season, go to your team's General Information page. This includes key details about practices, games, tournaments, equipment, team jersey, rules, and Spirt of the Game, etc.
