Girls Ultimate Frisbee Team

Welcome to the first season of our brand new HS Girls Ultimate frisbee team! 

This program is for high school girls and non-binary players from any school in Montclair and the surrounding area who are looking to learn and to play Ultimate frisbee.

As this is our inaugural season, we are looking for enthusiastic players who are excited to build a positive, inclusive and fun team culture from the ground up! 

Both new players and established athletes will learn the fundamentals of the game as well as advanced Ultimate techniques in a competitive, spirited, and supportive environment.

Ultimate Frisbee:

Ultimate is a fast-paced, non-contact field sport played with a frisbee, known for its unique self-refereed system and "Spirit of the Game".

Spring 2026 Season

• Season Dates: March 9 thru May 31.

• Practices Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

• Practice Times: 3:15 PM – 5:30PM

• Tournaments: 4 tournaments throughout the season.
