Montclair Girls Ultimate is off to a flying start with our inaugural season under our wings.  Join the fast growing team today.

Whether you've never picked up a frisbee or you're already an experienced athlete, Montclair Girls Ultimate is a place to learn, compete, make friends, and be part of a supportive and growing community.

We welcome high school girls and non-binary athletes from Montclair and surrounding communities who want to stay active, learn a new sport, and experience the excitement of Ultimate.

No experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know!

Through practices, games, and tournaments, players develop athletic skills, build confidence, and discover why Ultimate is one of the fastest-growing team sports in the country.

Why Ultimate?

Ultimate is a fast-paced, non-contact team sport that combines running, throwing, strategy, and teamwork. Known for its unique "Spirit of the Game," Ultimate emphasizes sportsmanship, respect, and competition without referees.

Players love Ultimate because it's welcoming, challenging, and incredibly fun.

No experience needed. Everyone is welcome.

Fall 2026 Season

• Registration Begins: July 1st - Mark your Calendars.

• Season Dates: Join anytime!  Practices begin August 17th.  Season goes thru early-November.

• Practices Days: Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

• Practice Times: 3:15 PM – 5:30 PM/ 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM Saturdays

• Games & Tournaments: A few spread throughout the season.
