Pre-Registration
USA Ultimate Membership
All players must have an active USA Ultimate membership which provides practice, tournament and team insurance for the player. There are 2 choices:
$20/Yr. = Affiliate Recreational Player (via DEVYL) - for those on a budget.
$45/Yr. = Full Youth Membership - for those who can support USA Ultimate.

Medical Authorization
During the registration process you'll need to upload a signed copy of the USA Ultimate Medical Authorization form.
The form can be downloaded here.
The “Name of Chaperone” should be “Montclair Ultimate”.
Registration
Important:
Player registration is done through TeamSnap.
This spring we are using the new and improved TeamSnap ONE program.
This is different than the old TeamSnap program we used in the past.
You need to be aware of the following.
Option 1: Current TeamSnap Account Holders – Parents of Minor Participants
If you already have a TeamSnap account, you can register HERE using your existing login details.
You will need to re-input some of your personal information.
You will need to add your minor child as a new Participant.
You can then register your minor Participant for the program.
During the registration process you can add Emergency Contacts by selecting “Add another contact”. All Participants are required to have Emergency Contacts. However, they must subsequently add their own phone number to their own account.
After registration you will need to download the new TeamSnap ONE phone app. The old TeamSnap phone app will not work for this season.
You won’t see the Participant’s team details on the TeamSnap ONE app until the program administrator adds them to the appropriate team, which can take up to 1 week.
You will receive an email confirmation once the Participant has been added to the team. You will then have full access to the team on the TeamSnap One phone app, including the team roster, team schedules, player availability and team communication.
Option 2: Current TeamSnap Account Holders – Adult Participants, 18+
If you already have a TeamSnap account, you can register HERE using your existing login details.

You can then register yourself as the Participant for the program.

Post-Registration
TeamSnap Account for Minor Participants
If the minor Participant already has a TeamSnap account, they will have access to the team on their TeamSnap account.
If the minor Participant does not already have a TeamSnap account, one will not be automatically created.
If you would like your minor Participant to have a TeamSnap account – which will give them access to the team roster, updated team schedules, player availability and all team communication – you can add them as an Additional Contact during the registration process by selecting “Add another contact”.
After registration you can only add them as an Additional Contact from a web browser. Go to your account, select your minor Participant, and select “Add contact”.
Emergency Contacts
Emergency Contacts are required for all Participants.
During registration you can add Emergency Contacts by selecting “Add another contact”.
After registration, you can only add Emergency Contacts via your account on a web browser.
Emergency Contacts must subsequently add their own phone numbers to their own account.
Player Availability
All practices, games, tournaments and other events are listed and managed on TeamSnap.
It is very important that you or your player post and update their availability for each event so we can plan appropriately.
Please post your anticipated availability for they entire season on day 1. Thereafter, you simply need to update your availability if things change.

You can subscribe to the TeamSnap calendar to have the most up-to-date details at all times.
